Flores Silvestres
Wild Flowers - A project that evolved after the 2020-break that was forced on us. I escaped by taking long walks and watching nature's rebirth. Later that spring I ended up with my own flower garden, that kept getting bigger. Old dreams got fulfilled and new ones were created.

A wild organic flower garden in the West of Flandres. Where nature has the upper hand. Birds eat mouses, mouses eat snails who then again are enjoying the insects.
And the flowers they're growing, at their own pace.

Installations
I'm always busy with creating things and it's even nicer to share my ideas with you for a long term installation to put in your house or shopwindow.

The installations are made with dried and sometimes coloured flowers. You can keep them pretty for a few years if you keep them away from direct sunlight and in a dry space.
Resin and Flowers
How my love for flowers started.

I collected the prettiest flowers from my walks and the garden and i put them into resin. It was a difficult process where a lot of stuff could go wrong. I made over 300 coasters and bookmarks but after a while my skin reacted very bad on the product. Even with the best protection I still got allergies. I made the last coasters in the summer of ‘22 and decided to capture dried flowers in a different way.
About
After getting my fashion degree and doing some styling assistance, I found another outlet that combined my creativity with my love for the outdoors and nature. I'm always learning new things and/ or exploring different parts of the world. Flowers teach us to live in the moment, to cherish the present, and to find joy in simple pleasures. Similarly, returning home teaches us the value of belonging, the importance of roots, and the comfort of being surrounded by love.
